Indigo Tex Ltd have a large network of modern and high quality Knit, Woven, Sweater & Home Textile Manufacturing companies and exporters with infrastructure for Spinning, Dyeing Knitting, Weaving and Processing facilities. Our aim is to allocate the appropriate Manufacturers to suit the products and the buyer’s best interest.
SAMPLE MAKING & DEVELOPMENT:
Indigo Tex Ltd have a well-organized sample section with all update Facility like CAD, Marker, Printer, Machinery & Equipment’s.We arrange to development of different types of samples as per buyer requirements.
We arrangements of approval for patterns, grading to all required size range and production markers as per buyer requirements. Our developments item is Design, Print, Embroidery/Patch, Fabric/Handloom, Wash, Trims.
MANAGING (INTERNAL MANAGEMENT MONITORING):
Indigo Tex Ltd monitors manufacturing manually and technically from the stage of Yarn, Fabric, Accessories, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing & Finish goods handover to C&F. We identify any risk factors in the production of garments and discuss these risk factors with the manufacturer to resolve the problem. We hold production meetings with the production staff before launching bulk production.
PRODUCTION & QUALITY CONTROL:
Indigo Tex Ltd follow up Time & Action plan as per shipment schedule and our monitoring team will execute the order with the quality. Quality control team will have to follow the AQL standard during production period.
Merchandise team updates the production report accumulatively and closely monitoring for the execution on time for smooth shipment.
MERCHANDISING:
Indigo Tex Ltd have a good merchandising team. Our Merchandising team work procedure as below.
**Prompt Quotation, Instant replies to queries, Daily production report, QC report, Critical Paths, Status & Prepare a T&A & general Communication daily basis with Customer.
** Sample & Production follow up with Factories.
**Continue feedback on New Fabric, Accessories, Print, Emb. & Product.
LOGISTICS ASSISTANCE:
Indigo Tex Ltd check all shipping documents as per buyer instructions and ensure that dispatch of documents as per dispatch instructions provided by buyers L/Cs, well in advance of the actual shipment arrival with intimation to buyers and clearing agents.
